That is an interesting response, it works on your end. Good for you? I am not sure what that means? Does that mean you made this trainer for yourself so as long as it works for you all is well? Or does that mean you have it working so those of us reporting that it is not working properly must be doing something wrong? I am genuinely curious, not trying to criticize.
It means the developer (DDS) could not replicate the issue that you are reporting on. In a standard O&M SDLC process, the reporter needs to provide proper steps to recreate or additional information else there is nothing for the development team to do other than assume that it is an environment issue on your end (which all we can do is point you to the Trainer Troubleshooting Guide).
In a formal ticketing system, this response is the equivalent of moving a ticket status from "Analysis" or "In Progress" to "Need more Information". If no additional information is given within a reasonable amount of time then the natural progression is to close it as non-reproducible.

These two vales are encrypted, that is why there is no options in the trainer to modified them.
