If you use the trainer in solo, VAC isn't an issue.

The default trainer hotkeys for this trainer are different than any of the (many) CH trainers I've used. It doesn't have a default for the numpad at all, and starts out as either gamepad settings or some strange mix of keys and mouse buttons. It has a "notepad numpad" set of defaults that doesn't use any version of numpad keys I'm familiar with.

In case this is a new trend, put me in the camp of people who prefer basic numpad default hotkeys for all trainers.

Hey, thanks for that info regarding VAC. Another newbie question, is Solo mode offline or online? I'd like to know before purchasing via the Steam Sale. I noticed that there is a 3rd Party DRM which makes me assume that the Solo mode is online, hence possible more risky. Although Steam doesn't seem to be as pedantic regarding VAC (compared to 6-12 months ago). Cheers for any response.

@Avruch: This is not a new trend it's a bug which only affected less than 3 trainers. All other trainers will start with numpad hotkeys as usual. You can change the hotkeys to numpad and then save by right clicking on the hotkey combo boxes and click on save hotkeys.

From what I can tell, solo mode appears to be online. If you go idle while playing solo, it will eventually tell you that you have been "disconnected" - although you can still continue playing.

@Avruch same problem and its kinda loss of time. You can make a bat file to auto change the keys. Dont know if it is ok to post it here so drop me a pm if you are interested.





ps I am not everyday online

I have the same problem as santacruz. When i click F1 the trainer says "activated." When I click on the next item the trainer says "deactivated." The next item I click on it says "activated." So it does this no matter what option you select. First it says activated and then on the next click it say deactivated and this continues with each click.

any update on the mouse-click activate/de-activate issue?
