Does that mean you have both versions Steam and GOG? Then I would just us the one that works for Steam then. Otherwise,

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Just checking to see if the trainer will be updated to support the GOG version of the game. Currently, the GOG version crashes the game and does not work. Would really appreciate any help if possible. Thanks

Looks like the version (STEAM+GOG+ORIGIN 06.13.2018) works great on Gog but the latest version does not. Just posting this in case it helps anyone else in the same situation.

Try opening aurora as administrator. Then opening/running the game using aurora. (Still have to activate it ingame at the proper moment either in main-menu or with the game running depending on the instructions)
