No, the health option definitely "works" on story and campaign mode, even on new game plus. I can stand there and get beaten on or shot by tanks all day long, nothings going to happen. However, what I think a lot of people are talking about is when you get shot by more than one person at a time. The damage on that seems to be too high and the 'reset health' code can't kick in fast enough before you are gunned down. It's happened to me several times and only way I could stop it is to have a secondary trainer running with this one that 'freezes' health. Also a patch was done today, Nov 3, and the trainer seems to have trouble at times recognizing the game.

Weird, there was a release post on steam announcements, on the 3rd, saying that they released a list of fixes, a port of the done for console. And indeed, I noticed a few things were tweaked in the game, however one of the bugs from that patch are now on my game as well(namely the bug that makes your completion % for the Red Hood dlc fluctuate to incorrect numbers every time you load to the main menu). Apparently, you still can't get a full 3 stars for Sky High AR challenge either.

I haven't seen the patch download yet either. I saw the release notes but nothing is downloading

I just found out that the patch release notes were for the October 30 patch release. No patch to download right now.

Well, now I look stupid. After learning that there was no patch coming, I looked at Steam and now see an update queued for 3:00.

I just received a patch on my end this evening
just as I was about to play, but also received
a note regarding refunds for retail copies of BAK.

so if you purchased a retail copy of Batman Arkham Knight
& you want a refund, take it to the retail store you got
it from & make sure you have yer receipt in hand too.

The "patch" today turned out to be just a hot fix for DLC achievements. I'll be playing a little and I'll check out the trainer, although I'm sure it'll be fine.
