Sorry for necroing, but what's weird to me is that even with that crazy high amount of "super health" I definitely lose half+ all the time. I even stepped on a campfire recently and..it freaking almost killed me. It's almost like some Witcher 3 attacks/dmg are percent-based or something, otherwise how in the world are measly things putting such a huge dent in a million freaking health? Thanks for the trainer though. Always appreciative.
Sometimes I lose health, sometimes I don't. As it says in the Readme, if you level up or after a cutscene you might need to press the option again to go back to a million.
I just fought a Vampire and let him bang on me and I barely lost any health at all. Next fight I lost maybe a third of it. Pressed Option-1 ....back to a Mill. But there are also times when I can go quite awhile without adding health back at all.
You could always change it to 2 million. 😉
Ah, the vampire thing is interesting. Thanks for the reply and confirmation. Seems like it's more than not that something just eats at the health, like the campfire lol. Perhaps that was a part that I hadn't reset it, but I could have sworn it was enabled. Oh well. Thanks again.

I can confirm from experience that certain environmental hazards (Falling, campfires, poisonous vapor, etc.) chunk your health at a set percent of max per second of exposure.
I had to continuously hammer the option key if I got caught in, say, the poisonous gases of a swamp in Velen, or hilariously enough if I stepped too close to a beehive without setting it on fire with Igni.
Also, falling more than 10 feet instantly kills you regardless, so there's that too.
Seems these forms of damage are scripted to do a percentage of damage instead of flat damage like enemy attacks. Falls seem to do an increasing percentage for every foot you fall past 5 feet, up to an instant death at 10+ feet.
Hello all, could be a problem with something else. But here goes.
I noticed that after enabling the options 1-4 of the trainer or the f11, my equipped iterms disappear from my loadout! when I walk around the items are shown in the picture, but I cannot use any of them in combat. Any ideas? Is it a trainer bug with 1.31 or someone else encountered this problem before?
Thanks for any answer, loosing key items, such as a complete set of items is quite vexing...
Hope for a solution,
Thank you all.
Your items disappeared probably bcuz you left on the F-11 Gwent option. That's done that to many of us playing W3. Turn off F-11 when finished with Gwent, leave the inventory screen then go back and you should see your items again.
There's a good chance that's what's causing it.

What is "the custom trainer ability"?
You can change the value of some options to what you want, like health for instance.
