Try going to the Inventory screen. Look at your XP then press Numpad 0 once. Leave there and go back to the game.

Now go back to the Inventory screen and check your XP. Should be 500 more. It's working for me anyway.

EDIT: Have to correct this. Neither I or Sapphire have been able to get to Level 71. Either adding XP or levels. And she tried the Developer console and still cant get to 71. The game's bugged, not the trainer.

Hallo baffleboy,

this errormessage is related to the Debug Console, which you probably installed additionally to the original game. This console is obviously not compatible to the gameversion 1.10.
To fix the problem just uninstall it by deleting (in your gamedirectory) bin\x64\dsound.dll and bin\x64\plugin\debug-console-enable.dll and wait for the correct Debug Console version in case you still need a Debug Console.

Hey Claus,
I searched a bit and found the reason for that error.
I used nexus mode and those files were on desktop that were clashing with trainer files and I was getting that error message with all the trainers. I just deleted those files and now it is working perfectly without any issue.

What files were the issue? I am having the same problem.

Yeah, it takes a sec to "get it going" sometimes I have to drop and pickup an item for it to work.

Anyone else having trouble getting the add level option to work in hearts of stone?

Game issue though, not trainer.
