"This user has been banned". I received the error while trying to use a trainer without internet connection, and now have the same error with or without internet.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. use system restore to previous point where it was working.
