seeing as the difficulty is adjusted by your persist.lua(saved inbetween missions) What i did in homeworld 2 and what works now is to blow all your ships up before the end of the mission, extreme i know, but with the trainer you can just instantly build all the ships again during the next mission, then repeat at the end.

That idea of leveling should be in all games. Were they enemies are double your level to make it harder.

Thanks for getting this out so quickly - I think it was understood that this was no simple 'reboot'; this game has a massive fan base (most of which want to cheat!)
