TM should run all trainers as admin when you hit the launch button. User Access Control window should pop up and saying yes runs as admin.

As for the trainer issues, I would fire up a new game to see if the problem can be reproduced. Early access titles are very unpredictable even without the use of a trainer, as much can change from patch to patch especially when a save uses older resources or memory addresses and a new patch could not convert an old save properly.

I think my issue could be related to something else?

I am using this overlay map which gather Live Game data. Maybe it messes with something. I'll have to remove it and try again. If it is the problem I won't be using the trainer. lol

Yeah that would have been great to know at the beginning, as mods and trainers don't always get along.

Does the trainer work by activating the console commands or not? Wondering as if it does it will also turn off the achievements

Some of the cheats use similar mechanics as the console commands yes, others dont. I dont know how the game disables the achievements, if it checks periodically for something (then achievements could get disabled) or just disable achievement on console command entered (then achievemnts are likely not disabled using the trainer).

Health, food, oxygen should be safe to use in both cases.

Reading up on it yesterday the are flags that are activated by some console comments (NoFood, NoOxygen, NoAggression, some others) when these flags are present they disable achievements.

Regarding the reports the current 59302 trainer works fine with latest 59688 version

Any of the options you can use and still get achievements, i know the food air and water ones disable the achievements but i was wondering about crafting one and such, if any of them can be used so i can still get achievements or if that is just not possible.
