It's weird you can't load deluxe saves, but I assume it's something they put in to prevent people from getting deluxe items without buying the deluxe, however I would assume it just removes the addon content instead of denying the save. Either way, I have faith you will find a way Cal.

why would we? the trainer works just fine with the DRM in the game.

Well 50/50 you have to turn off the options before denuvo spots it :P

I have found out how you can gain more inquisitor perk points.

The points are 2 bytes. Make sure you have around 5 or more points and then search with CoSMOS

It doesn't help if we have no savegame with access to the points already.

So I'm having trouble with the skill point thing.

I turn it on, and all my characters show 10 points.
I try to add a point and apply, but when I back out, the points aren't actually spent.

It worked on my main character, but doesn't seem to work on anyone else.

you have to select the character PORTRAIT from where you see your characters in the game world, NOT the little arrows at the upper right corner.

The way I got so many points in my savegame file:

Progress the story (how-to):

Spoiler:

Do the quests:

Address the Chantry
Choose either Templar or Mages (Champions of the Just or something Whispers)
Then you'll have to protect Haven. Rush through it, get Skyhold.
Once there, walk down the courtyard to the merchant stalls.

You may have to leave Skyhold and come back for them to show up.

The merchant at the foot of the stairs, on the right sells books that give you Influence Points (Inquisition XP) for gold. Cheat to get gold...profit!

Sorry I don't have non-Deluxe =/
