I think what he is saying is the same issue I am experiencing. We use the trainer as directed, but the gold simply doesn't function.
Like I hit "5" on my numpad, hear the activation, hit "i" and it shows a massive amount of gold. I hit "i" again and it drops down a bit to that 100,000,000 or whatever... But when you go to a vendor, the gold doesn't actually function.
I am at the Black Emporium and it says I have 100 million gold, but when I try to buy any of the schematics or items, nothing happens... The purchase just doesn't go through, no item is added, no gold is deducted, nothing.
Other means of obtaining gold don't seem to function either. Super gold sale doesn't give any gold.
And trying to use Mega Crafting Items to obtain a very large amount of crafting materials to sell also doesn't work either. The materials appear in the inventory, but when you go to sell them in large quantities it gives you only one item worth of gold. For example I used the option to create like 600 of an item worth 6 gold. I click sell, slide the slider over to 599, it says 3594 gold, I confirm the sale and only 6 gold is added to my total.

hmmm...since patch I can't seem to get the inquisition/power option to work. I tried, both by opening up the character screen & entering the war room. multiple times, saving, quiting, loading, no dice.
Is that option not working, or am I doing something wrong?

press p
go to attirbutes...no change in power/inquisition (I have 1 perk & a bunch of power). exit, retry, still no change, repeat, repeat, repeat. try turning off option, while looking at the attributes screen, and then exit and return...still no change. try any combination/order I can think of, no change.

says I have 1 inquisition perk, and a bunch of power. exit, re-enter, exit re-enter, repeat, no change.
press 0, hear "activated"
enter, turn off option, exit, re-enter, exit, re-enter...no change.
This option used to work fine (other than the fact that it gives you 99 perk points, when there aren't that many perks in the game...), but it used to work fine, so I'm guessing something happened with patch, or something.
Same deal for me, the Perks don't work or the Power.
