This doesn't work on Gold Edition Help.
the trainer uses sig search to find the code. it likely works fine with all versions of the game. you have given us almost NO feedback either as to why you think it 'doesnt work'

i have the gold edition and i have had no problem using the trainer. the only thing you can't use the trainer for in the game is the co-op missions
