FYI just to avoid upcoming questions. The steam version is now using il2cpp which not only caused me to write a new trainer from scratch, it also means not every option was possible so the new trainer will have different options.

I was able to reproduce stamina issue and item usage, but unlimited weight works perfectly fine. If you enable unlimited items you get overloaded, then if I enable unlimited weight the negative effect goes away. In your inventory the weight bar is still red but without the negative effect it no longer has any meaning?!

Can anybody maybe help with --> what does "Unlimited Item Usage" do. I cannot seem to observe any effects, and the documentation does not specify this any further.
It might not be working, but it could also just be me looking at the wrong thing.

@kofodcouk: It is broken. It currently only works the way when you harvest an item its quantity will not decrease. But it should also work when using an item, such a bandage. This will be fixed soon.

The unlimited weight function does eliminate the negative buff to having to much weight but you can end up carrying to much weight so you can't sprint anymore and even become immobile. Hope this help trying to narrow down a solution.

Infinite stamina and health are not working in survival or story. I can get everything else to work fine. Any chance there is a workaround?

Is there a chance I can reproduce? Stamina issue is known but health not. How did you noticed you are losing health?
