Star Ranks just wondering about using credits to get trainers made does this help in getting higher star rank.?

Thanks could not find anything about it.Since credits to get a trainer made is fairly new and only paying members get credits just curious if helping to get a trainer made would go some towards your star rank just a thought.Since I'am not a keen posts person.lol
