  Problem with all my Trainers

    Hi,

    i upgraded to lifetime Member today, but if i start one of my Trainers, there will be following report to me:

    "INVALID TRAINER USER"

    So i checkt troubleshooting and find that passus of that problem, but dont understand, what it means.

    So all old trainers are downloaded, as i have short time membership. now downloaded one of these trainers agein today, but the same problem still there.

    what did i have to do, so i can use the trainer now?

    is it a problem because the trainers are personalized for liquidsnake24, but now for logging in its necessary to log in with email adress?

    please i need help.

    disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. clear all browser, system and network device caches. plug pc directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. if been using VPN software such as Spotflux then a complete windows reinstall might be necessary.
