Let's see, where do I start.
How about we do not live in Germany.
We have no plans to travel to Germany so that we can buy this one game.
We cannot make a trainer and test it without being able to run the game.
German users can buy the game on Steam and use current trainer.
We're not going to try and update a separate version of the trainer for one country that decided to do things differently than every other country on the planet.
Is that enough reasons? I've said it a hundred times before. Wait to see which versions of the game we will support before purchasing. Otherwise you take your chances.

I dont see your request being fulfilled. The german version of the game is in german, which means only people who know german will probably be able to make sense of everything. Its probably too difficult for non germans to beable to make a trainer for it.
If enough people request a german version, it may happen one day, its like any other trainer. Theres a game id like a trainer for but it still needs another 5k request credits, so unless more people want it, it wont happen either.
