I´ve bought a LIFETIME membership in 2009, and now my status is changed to YEARLY!!!
Why ????

Can it be right, that i have to buy a LIFETIME membership AGAIN ??

I'm very pleased by your product but i think you should consider how your behavior affects your customers.

No idea if you have multiple accounts with different statuses, but that is not our fault if you don't write them down or remember them. So, don't start accusing us of things when it's your memory causing the issue.
