    I never had sync with cloud checked and I did unlock the stealth car, still stuck with 90% bug. Tried messing with various "fixes" and still no luck. Some people on the forums said it is either reward unlocks or weird hot spot achievement popping up even though they didn't earn it, but it seems connected to uplay.
