Ok just found out that my antivirus added watchdogs.exe to my antivirus quarantine. After it crashed maybe 5 minutes after.

It was Bitdefender again? You really should think about ... something else.

They did a really bad job with their 2018 products.

Yeah i uninstalled it once and im going to uninstall it again. Whats the point of an antivirus when you dont know whats really a virus.

Has anyone had their game freeze up when pressing the "/" key for invisibility?

It's supposed to make you invisible to everyone but on my game today it made people freeze and things like crime detection meant they were frozen so you could not intervene properly.

It never did this before.

I have a problem running an old trainer.

My game's version is 1.05.324, so i downloaded 09/23/2014 ver and ran it. (no anti-virus, win10-64 bit)
but for a while cursor icon turned into loading circle and trainer doesn't open. even authentication window didn't show up.
Of course I checked task bar and process first, but the trainer was not running.
Press insert in the game was also not response.

I tried to find someone else with the same problem as me to figure out a solution, but other seem to have no such problem at all. I wonder if old trainers works well for others.

Anyway, latest version stuff (1.06R/CE/Win 10 fix) seem to work very well. I just can't use it because of the version. also, the other game's trainer works fine too.
Only the trainers with the title 'STEAM + UPLAY xx.xx.20xx' had this problem.

No idea about versions people are using that aren't legit fully current install patched.

I had to reinstall this old game to test our trainers. I installed the game on STEAM from here:

Make sure anti-virus isn't blocking the trainer.

Decided to replay both W_D games before the next one comes out, but I also have problems with the trainer. it worked like a charm a few years/versions ago.

Running game through Uplay, latest version.

All AV exclusions are made, other installed trainers works (incl W_D2), but I also tried with AV fully disabled (Windows 10/Windows Security) to make sure. Tried the 5 latest trainers, F1/activated at main menu per instructions. The game crashes before savegame is fully loaded.

If I wait to F1/activate until savegame has loaded (or alt+tab out and start it after), it finds game but no cheat option works and the game crashes as soon as any action is performed (NPC death, explosion, enter skill menu etc).
