so I tried what you were suggesting and still no luck but once I delete it from my trainers folder it the TM starts working again after I force close it

it seems to have problems within the TM but it runs if the file is on the desktop sorry if what I am trying to explain ain't very clear

Just downloaded the trainer. There was no trainer in the zip file. Only the readme file XD

As the yellow highlighted text on the download page suggests:

No .exe file in the archive? Please disable your AV, browser addons/extensions and/or simply go through the download process again.

The download is fine, please try again.

The latest indeed is missing the file, downloading the one from Nov. 2017 and it has the trainer file in it. If I download the latest it is not in the zip. Also, I have anti-virus disabled and no download protections on chrome itself.

I just downloaded the newest file and it did contain the .exe file. I download to a folder that my AV bypasses, so that may be people's problems.

Bummer, the developers, when they updated this game to add ability for you to play against and with GOG accounts in multiplayer environment, basically rewrote a lot of the script code and added further anticheats and encryption.

We were not able to reverse the method unfortunately.

Sucks that them adding multiplayer features 5 years later killed the trainer for single player users, but here we are.

Fortunately our Trainer for Tropico 6 still works fine, as do all the Tropico 5 cheat codes, including money.
