So I got in contact with support, "hey guys can you put my pre-order onto the correct account".
To be met with this "Sorry we cannot change accounts for pre-orders."
Times must be hard at Ubisoft if they cannot change a simple thing like that, so I have told them fix it or refund me, but the funny part its a Nvidia Voucher for one of the two 780s I bought (sorry other one was given to a friend as I promised). So this will be a good laugh, and they have to do something since under law I have every right to return within 14 days.
Steam's not much better. All the business I've given them and getting a concession of any kind is like squeezing water outta granite.
So silly of Ubisoft not to do a simple thing, it comes down to lazyness of the workers I guess.
That's true but you know I once bought a package deal from Steam, like 4 titles in the packagae. Later I noticed a mistake in their math that actually cost me like $10 bux more than it should have.
You'd think I was asking for a free new car. They FINALLY said, it wasn't their policy to give refunds, but just this once, they would accomodate my request.
