Tried it, still gives me the error. Reinstalled the dot net framework. and still cant resolve it.
Without the administrator, i only got a bell sound and the application closed by itself.
With the administrator, i got the error screen.

I have had no issues with 0x90's trainers. There HAS to be some Security Software still active to be able to delete the dump file his trainers/editors create. I get the same error with Kaspersky Internet Security running (Even after adding the trainers to a folder excluded from scan).
Are you sure you don't have any protection components still running when you disable your security software? You also might want to do a repair/fresh install of .NET Framework 3.5 and see if that helps.

Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

Like what HonestGamer said.
You might want to repair your .NET Framework. I sugest reverting to IE9, Plus try deleting your AV and other security programs. If you are going to use an AV. I advise AVG.
