Well that all depends on what kind of games you like
The games I most enjoyed recently which have working trainers/cheats are:
Total War: Shogun 2 Deadpool The Lord of the Rings: War in the North Mount & Blade: Warband

If your into RPG's Fantasy/Sci-Fi,then there are...
The Witcher/2 Dragon Age/2 SkyRim Risen/2 The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing(Hack and Slash) Torchlight/2 Mass Effect(trilogy) Diablo 1/2(offline play) Warcraft:Reign of Chaos/Frozen Throne(offline play)
All trainer work excellent with these games. Van Helsing is buggy/glitchy and patches A LOT.(the game,not the trainers.)
