Baldur´s Gate 2: Enhanced Edition Discussion
Am I missing something or is this the same problem with the BGEE trainer? (lack of complete instructions)
I load the trainer. F1 at the main menu (tried at the main menu of BG2:EE where you select between SoA and ToB, and within the main menu of SoA. No difference). Selected a single character outside of any screens, then opened the inventory page. I also tried doing this with the record page, as was previously used in BG:EE.
I also noticed that numpad #9 causes an "activated" sound. There is nothing in the trainer that shows something to be bound to num9 and I did not set anything to it. I checked and the party health was still set to numpad1.
Am I missing something or is the trainer missing something?

No the problem is the game has been patched to version 1.3 this month, and the latest trainer on the site was updated last year. So until the site makes a new trainer your out of luck.
I do recall a save game editor from the original game does still work. You just have to change a few command lines.

Is it really so goddamn hard to TEST THE TRAINER YOURSELF and see if it works? Rather than have us uninstall other games, re-download, re-install, re-patch and re-test the trainer only to find out that it probably works just fine?
I think I'm going to start issuing request point penalties for stupid stuff like this that does nothing more than waste our time, which is already limited.
This isn't a complaint though, just pointing it out..
