I do not mean to sound ungrateful and overall I am very happy for the service you provide hence my years of membership. There are however, little things here and there which I find a bit disconcerting.

Recently I am finding more and more "freelancers" out there that are able to provide a product with what I am looking for in a trainer. The AC4 trainers you have provided are good, but they can be better. One thing I have begun to notice, as your trainers became larger with more options the quality began to slip. For instance, having to constantly disable options to progress in said game, while with other trainers I do not have to. Granted I have to wait longer and the end product does not look very pretty, but it is very functional and it provides a smoother gameplay.

What make constructive criticism better than just complaining about something is offering possible solutions. For this I have thought of a few ideas that I am willing to share through PM's. I hope you accept this as constructive criticism and are willing to at least hear my thoughts. Again I am still very happy with the service you provide and will continue to use your service as long as I am able to.

    Hey
If this trainer already modifies resources, why not adding gems editing for the later stages of the game?
It makes sense! You need gems to fix fleet ships and purchase docks...

So tell me, how many trainers provide these freelancers? And how much time spent they on a single trainer?

You're free to use any software you like, but if you want to make a comparison you shouldn't forget about the conditions. And the main difference between us and these guys you're talking about is that the got more time for a single game because they usually release 7 trainers per month only.

We have to deal with anti cheat, we have to deal with games creating code on the fly, we have to deal with complex games where you need to play through thousands of tutorials, unskipable cutscenes and archieve parts of the mechanics over time, we have to deal with 150 trainers per month.
Everything is skipped by these freelancers because they are grabbing 'easy to trainable' games (in 99% of the cases), work on them for weeks. While we have to make nearly the same 'quality' in less of the time, mostly within 1-2 days only!

I'm a human and this is not my full time job. So even when I talk about 1-2 days, that means a couple of hours.

This is not an excuse, I'm honest to say that my trainers aren't what I would call 'the perfection of stability'. But as I said if you're going to make a comparison and give a constructive criticism (which I highly appreciate, thanks!) don't focus on a single point and forget about the rest.

Feel free to send me a PM about your suggestion, always welcome.

    @plasticARMYguy

While your feedback is appreciated, you are comparing apples to porcupines.

We release over 150 trainers every month. Just to put that into perspective, super trainer maker "******" released 13 trainers in November. That awesome Chinese group "******" also released 13 trainers in November. Some of which were just simply adding 1 option to an existing trainer. Us? We released *156 TRAINERS* in November. That's 12 TIMES more than those "freelancers". See the difference? We don't get the luxury of working on just the cracked, unprotected executables for one out of every 50 games released. We have to work with the protected versions, from multiple sources and deal with the copy protection, cheat protection and everything else involved so that our trainers work for everyone and not just those that pirated the first version of the game. In addition we have to think about the 20+ patches that will ultimately follow and how that will affect updating the trainer. I don't see any of these other trainer groups releasing a trainer for the 32nd patch of Crusader Kings 2 or the 54th patch of StarCraft 2 or a new trainer every 12 hours for X Rebirth. We have MILLIONS of users to think of, which don't expect a trainer just for the AAA titles, but literally every PC game that is released.

If all you want is trainers for pirated AAA titles that may or may not work and the only way to contact the author is through some back-channel Chinese hacking website, then obviously you are in the wrong place.

We put out trainers that are tested and working to the best of our knowledge and ability. Our trainers are probably tested more than the games themselves seeing as how every game these days has to be patched every other day. If something doesn't work, then give us specific repeatable details and we will try our best to fix it.

That being said, we are not in any competition with any other freelance trainer group. We deliver the best products we can as timely as possible and obviously we're doing something right as each year we signup more members than the previous one. If you feel that our products are not worth paying for, then simply don't subscribe. It's that easy. But we're not going to try and play leapfrog with some bored Chinese kid just so we can get some option count higher than theirs. Our AC4 trainer has *24 OPTIONS*. We've added just about every single option that has been requested and we did it while also putting out trainers for about 50 other games in the same time period. If some other trainer has that one super awesome option that you've always dreamed about, then just use the other trainer. We're going to keep doing what we do best and what our paying members expect and appreciate.

Downloaded latest trainer and tested with latest steam version, works fine. Any specific options activated? Does it crash at any specific situation ingame?

The game crashes soon after activation. I activate the trainer at the main menu, select the single player screen, load my save and the crash at the black screen before loading. I'm not sure what you mean by features.

If it wouldn't hurt to say, what are the trainer creator's system specs and game settings.

I'm running on a rig with:
    GeForce GTX 670
    Intel i7-2600 3.40
    Running with 16 GB Ram
I'm also running it through my plasma screen so resolution is set at 1768x992 at 30Hz

GeForce driver is up to date.

In game graphics are set at:
    Resolution: 1920 x 1080 60Hz
    Envirinment: high
    Texture: high
    AA: FXAA
    Shadow: high
    Reflection: high
    Motion blur: on
    Ambient occlusion: SSAO
    God rays: low
    Volumetric fog: on
    Vsync: on

Tweaked graphics setting. Game still crashing. Gonna double check and see if I do have the most resent patch.

[Edited by lanpanic, 12/11/2013 11:14:46 AM]

Apparently not. Gotta remember to shut down Uplay as well as the game, since steam think the game is running so long as I leave Uplay up.
