I was a little worried when I saw the Attention Banner, but I have yet to experience a problem with Avast! at all. I did not add exceptions or change any settings. The newest software definitions seemed to fix any bugs that the system had. I wholeheartedly recommend Avast! to anyone who would like a fantastic free antivirus.

LOL I just gave them a POMM (Piece of my mind) I let them have it pretty well. I was going to give them hell in a way that they would be scared to go to sleep at night and would fear me snacking on there children's souls while they sleep.... But I took it less crazy route. Here's what I said. Oh and BTW... I Don't even use Avast LOL! I had to make fake info for the Version and VPS date but it went through and even said it was valid LOL. So here's what what I told them! LOL Look below and enjoy! =)

    Rob,

I am calling in this up coming Monday if these issues with www.cheathappens.com/ trainers are not fixed! They are clean and they have no such infection. They are all false positives... So if its not fixed in lets say the next week I am calling and getting my money back. I just got 3 years of service 13 days ago. And to find this crap is going on.. No I don't think so. So if its not fixed I am getting a refund and I will go elsewhere where they don't allow FP's and do nothing about fixing them... And BTW. I will also be telling all 12 people that I sent your way for 1-3 years of service that just got signed up for pro in the past 7 days. So your going to loose quite a bit of money... So please do the right thing and fix this!

Are you receiving a "failed network error", "source file could not be read" or other issue while trying to download or run our trainers?

AVast has recently pushed out an update to their FREE and PAID antivirus software which effectively blocks our trainers from being downloaded or used. They also make it difficult to disable the portions of the software which are blocking it. We have had multiple users contact AVast to have this false positive removed, but they have not.

It is for this reason we are recommending that users UNINSTALL AVAST and use a better antivirus application that does not interfere with our trainers. I personally recommend Malwarebytes Antimalware and Windows Defender (or MS Security Essentials). There are other free and paid solutions that do not falsely detect our trainers as malicious files.

If you would like to report our trainers as clean to AVast in hopes of them removing this false positive, you may do so here:

I would also recommend Malwarebytes. I have used it on computers with hundreds of viruses and it has completely cleaned them. If you can I do recommend buying it.

I would rather recommend to NEVER UNINSTALL AVAST and create the exception in Avast Firewall( i own Avast Internet Security) because most of the time Avast saved me from crappy trojan and malware from internet sites ( some sites offer a download application for there software which install hidden software like a new search engine which can never be erased unless U fully uninstall the web browser).

I have followed up with the ticket that the solution was only partially resolved for some of the trainers as well as explaining that trainers may use different templates based on how the game code was implemented in order to achieve their effects (which would be the reason why some trainers get flagged and others do not). It has been forwarded to their development team for further action. I will keep you guys posted if I hear anything back.
