They just had a big release and are currently hotfixing issues.
The corollary to that is "why the hell are they still working on this game and not moving on to the next one already"....

I searched around and, beyond a direct PM to a few select people, couldn't find any solid answers, the question being: What's the proper way to request a review of a trainer that's On Hold? For Terraria, it looks like they finally quit patching the Labor of Love update they did, it's been at 1.4.4.5 for around a week. Since it's on hold, the usual "Request Update" avenues are inactive, "Requests not available".

Well, the game just updated again to 1.4.4.6, and the change log implies that there will be at least one more hotfix patch coming out later as well. Better wait for a bit longer.

Nope, they're on 1.4.4.8 and there's going to be a crossover with Dead Cells now, whenever that happens. So there's going to be at least one more major release with their rapid fire patches after....
Not bad for a game that was supposed to have its "final update" with 1.4, huh?
