Is anyone having problems with the Ghost option?

I'm unable to stay hidden with the option enabled..

you can walk up them and shoot them in the forehead with no risks. they basically cannot react to you.

odd. Whenever I use it, it shows the dial like its about to see me. sometimes it randomly does.. Sometimes it doesnt. is there not a way to bloke out all the views so the timer for spotted doesn't show?

+ i think their was a patch today. my game patched this morning and some bugs have been fixed.
