When i right click the game title in library i don't have option to start in 64bit.
In fact i don't have any option to start Grim Dawn in 64bit. I am running Win 10 Pro 64.
Care to explain where do i find that option. Thanx.
From your Steam library, right-click Grim Dawn -> properties. On the General tab click Set Launch Options then type /x64
click ok->retry game now.
What is aob? Where can it be found? Can it be downloaded?
AOB - array of bytes, found inside games code, it's a range of addresses the trainer scans to find the correct value to make a cheat work.
Here is what is happening when I try to run the trainer.
I am running the 64-bit version of the game and the trainer.
Information: 0 : Grim Dawn, 1.1.8.0 64-Bit, STEAM/GOG
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.133
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Grim Dawn
Information: 0 : Successfully attached
Error: 0 : getplayer: Cannot find aob!
What is the array of bytes that the trainer is looking for?
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer, run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again.
I did everything you suggested I do. Followed your directions to the letter. Still no good. Trainer crashes out immediately and gives me the same error: Error: 0 : getplayer: Cannot find aob! I am at my wits end on getting this to work, since I am not a programmer. Thank you for all of your help and suggestions. The trainer, without a doubt, has a bug that needs to be fixed. I will play the game without it until it is fixed and works properly.
Out of curiosity is steam launching the 32-bit version or the 64-bit one and do you have the DLC installed? Trainer will only hook to the 64-bit exe.
