a little bit strange. I do all the steps several times, reboot the pc, start the traine with and withput trainer manager as admin, try to active the trainer ingame and out of the game (manually), also deactive windows defender ando so on. but get the same error message every time.
Is it possible that the trainer wont work with the newest GOG version ??

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Option 3, One Hit Kills, doesnt work and gives "Error: 0 : ohk: Cannot find aob!" in the Debug Log

There are multiple reports for the trainer but the only option I found not working is one hit kills. All other reported options (skill points, cooldown, add item quantity) are working fine:

what should I do?

a) Use our board search function and the search phrase Cannot find aob

b) Have the scan exclusions created as suggested in the trainer instructions

c) Clear the Windows Temp folder, reboot your PC and try again

Thanks for help bro, but i have the same problem and i've tried this solution and don't work.
