In order to escape the flooded engine room, I have to break open a closed grill using a couple of crowbars. However, I can only get 1 and cannot retrieve the second one which is essential to break open the stuck grill gate.
Is this a game bug?

The pipes is all around there, but if you do experience this have you tried to restart the chapter? Maybe die under water first just so the game get's updated? And what version do you got, Steam, Digital or some other way?

It's really tough to find but it's there. You have to swim a deep left from the first pipe found.

Also just in case you are drowning before you can finish make sure to look up top for an open air pocket to breath took me a bit to figure it out lol.
