Red Dragon got a patch last week. Maybe all of wargame titles did. If so, then use the update notification system to request an update.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

God Mode Team 1. Is team 1 me? and is this for skirmish only?

Yes, Team 1 is the default player team and the trainer works in offline single player skirmishes and campaign.
