Hello,

Just wondering what you all thought about the new feature from Steam?

I have loaded up two computers, both on 2 different games trying to get my cards so I can get the badge.

Yes I am badge and achievement mad, and yes I am sad and yes I do not care, and yes I am happy doing it

What do you all think?

Once you have done series one, I think they get reset for series two on official release when out of beta. I am not sure but by then I will have complete series 1 done

Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

I am not a geek I think.

I just like collecting weird things.

I am achievement mad and badge mad, it is a bad thing for Steam to add these things for people like me. Soon I'll have ADHD for badges lol

theres more then one version of geek. not this stereotype with glasses and pens in the pockets who always get picked on by jocks etc

Yeah I know what you mean dude.

I would not say geek like them, I think that is rude. Would call them a geek as a joke.

I think it has potential but from what I have been reading on the steam forums about some of the issues, It may not last that long. I know its still in beta but I really do hope there might be something of like a weekly, biweekly or monthly reset of certain cards.

I have no idea what it is, and I've never been a hound for achievements so I'll likely never take part. If I get something it'll be completely on accident.

Do you have to install the Steam Trading Card thing or is it automatically installed after you are picked when you join the group? I joined the group two days ago and yesterday I got three Steam Trading Card gift invites in my inventory. Does that mean was picked or what? I did try adding it to my library but it says it is already in my game library but I can't find the STC thing in my game library on Steam.
