I'm not sure which cheat might be doing it as I have to restart the game to get it working again, but one of the cheats must make certain monsters immortal. I specifically have the problem with the flying ones and the ones in the mission with Khan where you have to blow the tunnel. Even after disabling cheats the monsters still wouldn't die after hitting them with grenades and several clips of ammo to the face.

The "flying ones" (called Demons) are unbelievably hard to kill, but they do die. As to the ones you are speaking of during Kahn's mission, I have no idea who they are.

Try restarting the game without the trainer and see if it is fixed. If it isn't, ask steam or THQ ( ) for a refund or reinstall the game.

There is no issue my friend. I have re run the game with 1. METRO 2033 MEGA TRAINER (PATCH #2) and it works perfectly fine. Note you will not get a refund for the game from steam.
