Same thing as previous versions of this trainer for me. I activate the trainer with F1 then I hear "Trainer Activated" then almost immediately I hear, in the same voice "Please Wait". Then I can play my game normally but none of the trainer commands work. If I look at task manager the trainer is Not Responding. If I close COH2 the trainer crashes with it. Very strange. Anyone else running into this or has seen this and fixed it?
I run a NVidia GTX760 on a core i5 with Windows 8.1 x64. Running COH2 steam version WITHOUT DLC. other processes running: Flux, DisplayFusion, Logitech Gaming sw, Skype. I've tried all compatibility modes that make sense, running as admin etc, removing/reinstalling, using different versions. This was a completely vanilla install of COH2 since OS upgrade on a new HDD. Hope some of that is helpful.
You need to wait until the trainer again says "Trainer Activated". It can take awhile before it does it. And don't go away from the main menu until you hear that second Trainer Activated or it won't work. Just be patient and wait for that second one.
yea i also have option 7 trouble. it activate and immidietly deactivate
this is the way it works now.. the developers have upped the protections in this trainer. basically this sets the AI resources to zero. however, the trainer can no longer keep it locked there without the game detecting it and crashing, so you will have to use it every so often to reset the AI resources.
they are specifically targeting the CH trainer, so this title at some point in the near future may have to be retired.
