i just downloaded the trainer posted september 10 and it works 100%. delete your trainer and download the latest trainer from the site. (sept 10)

Yes,i tried redownload the latest trainer,also i tried restart steam,restart computer,put the trainer into game folder,but the options relate to the resources [1,2,3,5] just change nothing.Before the sept. 10 update,everything is OK,very strange.

there's been 431 downloads of the trainer, plus i have tested it now TWICE. the problem is something on your end, not the trainer

I am successfully using the 9/10 release on version 3.0.0.15318 of the game, though it is taking about 30 seconds from activation, noting 'Please wait', before becoming active. However, all functions appear to be working. Interestingly, other trainers (from other series, eg, Tropico 4) are not having this extended activation time. I did notice several .Net and Internet Explorer security updates were release on 9/12: KB2972216, KB2977629, KB2972211, and KB2894854. I'll follow up if I find any issues in play. For others who are having issues, make sure you check the troubleshooting guide and look for any environmental changes, like updates, etc. The trainer relies on the underlying system environment, so if it's working fine for Cal, there's most likely an environmental difference that is causing the issue.

After a night of brutal tank warfare, I can verify that the trainer is working beautifully. Thanks, CH.
