Why do you persist in doing silly things right now, like block everyones access to their paid for keys lol

Because people are too busy refreshing their keys list to try and get their pre-order key for Bioshock Infinite as if they can play it right away. Or of course for XCOM:EU that you recently added.

Why do you persist in making us angry :P

Latest saga, people who have pre-ordered since last month have been pushed to the side while other latest customers who bought the bundles have been getting all the keys including Bioshock Infinite to pre-load the game.

Talk about unprofessionalism right there. They have basically punched patient people in the face. I think they will lose a chunk of customers over this.

It wouldn't surprise me. While I am a patient guy and don't mind waiting, it is still irritating when people go last minute and get what you have been waiting a long time for.
