If you work out, what do you normally do? What do you like to do? Do you have a routine? Do you challenge yourself at all and push yourself?
Working out, or exercising is something I like to do and do a lot to prepare for my future. I first started going to the gym when I was 19, back then I hardly knew what I was doing. But ever since then I've always been learning more and more. It wasn't but a couple of months ago did I REALLY start knowing what I have to do to meet my goals and actually applying them.
So anyway, I don't have a routine but I'd say I take working out fairly seriously. I push myself to do better each time and make sure that I do, for example, do more pushups than last time, more pull ups, swim more, run more or faster, etc. I'm always mixing it up too, whenever I try to plan out a weekly schedule and stick to it...it never works and I always end up doing whatever.
I also incorporate pretty much everything into my workouts. Swimming, running, push ups, pull ups, bunch of variations of sit ups and planking. Lower body I mainly do squats, lunges and jumping exercises like explosives and just jumping as high as I can. I have no idea what they are called but these are at my gym
Link which I use for jumping exercises. Every once in a while I'll do weights for upper body.
