there is also the possibility for everyone to restrain oneself for a week or two and not update the game then i'm sure a trainer will be posted for latest update, dont you agree?

This would be the most prudent course of action, but from past experiences here with such suggestions I can tell you it's not going to work and people will keep complaining rather than be patient.

I'm perfectly fine with waiting until the 2 updates a day fiasco is over.

I would suggest giving it a week before trying to release another trainer.

I checked do not automatically update,I never did this before because I always fiqured updates fixed game problems,but this is getting rediculous!

If anyone has been keeping an ear to the ground and an eye on the forums you'll know that the bugs for this game are many and varied. Fortunately Double Fine are a dedicated team of Developers who will patch the game night and day until every little issue is addressed and swiftly patched or removed.

Unfortunately for the modding community and company (CheatHappens) this will mean either a lot of redundant updating or patiently waiting a week or two for the time between updates to even out.

I agree that its good that they are keeping on top of the bugs, I don't remember any other xbox360 port where this happened.

Usually they just port and forget no matter how crap the port is. (Viking Battle for Asgard).

Sucks for the CH crew though.

hmm, just logged onto steam again, to unucheck auto update, but jsut before i got chance too, the game downloaded an update, will check to see if it made trainer outdated again

I wished checking 'do not auto update' worked all the time, but Steam will sometimes override that. A few games I did that for in the past required you to download the patch before playing it again after a patch was released, only thing it seemed to prevent was the auto update when the patch was first released.

I'm perfectly fine waiting a week to get a working trainer if these patches get issued daily or multiple times per day.

So far this is far better then what Dungeon Defenders did.
