There's rumours it will be back-ward compatable,but,it's just rumours as far as i know.
I think it will be a safe bet that it will be,with the economy being what it is.

from what I read the PS4 will play PS3 games ,but not digital downloaded PS3 games only ones from Disc and sony said they wont block used games either.......

I believe that it will play used PS3 games, and possibly games downloaded from the PS4 itself, but I am not entirely sure on that.

Maybe... Though the idea of buying a "mini-PC" when I already own a PC is somewhat redundant. Though if they make a InFamous 3 I may just buy a preowned one and get a techy to rip out the scanner and attach it to my PC.
