Then I suggest to use Microsoft's .NET Repair Tool and check your .NET installation -> Link

It also could be that the old trainer is still launched for you. In this case you have to clean your temp folder and reboot and then launch the trainer again. If that doesn't help stick to what Taurus suggested.

The trainer launched like it is suppose to.
Played the 1st 3 missions with no issues
The Hot keys I used were
Gold
Wood
Meat
Cheese
Bows

I don't know how this trainer will work with saved files, but in the past, what I would do is
Start a new mission 1st, use the hot keys, then load your save file.

Haven't tried the latest trainer yet.
Was customizing the Hotkeys and Values
When I saved, the hotkeys saved but the values didn't.
There's no options to check a box for hotkeys or values like most trainers are.
