having trouble with trainers now saying that cant install the file I don't know what it means I have used many trainers before but this is the first time I have encountered this anyone's help is greatly appreciated also I see but have been able to keep anti virus and firewall up the previous times and had no problems I had to do a system restore do you think that could have been the problem

Each trainer is an individual program not related to each other. Just because one works or multiple do does not mean another will. The coding behind the trainer goes through a refactoring process every now and then.
