Take a look into your installation folder of ETS2. If the retail also offers both 32 and 64bit then you should find "win_x64" and "win_x86" in the "bin" folder.

I am using steam version. It was working fine with the latest trainer with Norton 360. However today, I kept getting ~Mnn133.tmp not found. Turning off Norton 360, I could launch the trainer without problems. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance.

Yes put the file you talked about as an exception in your AV.
