I have been a member for a few years, and in the the grand total scale of things related to these venues of entertainment (gaming) I really respect you guys for having provided LIFETIME membership for so long.
I won't not even change my mind about you if you choose to diversify by adding "plus content" as an additional service/upgrade option, maybe to provide for a service as suggested below). Just don't go Romney on people and make a joke out of the entry level offering, thats the recent ways of BioWare.
As for the suggestion i kinda promised? Mac Trainers. Plain and simple. Emerging platform, getting kinda big with Steam's help, emerging market. Be the first. Go beyond living up to my current respect for you (malware-free trainers for *nothing* if you can casually afford the game is an important service and their accomplishment. Imagine the free reign of trainer coders in these days if there were no viable options). Kudos.
Same procedure right? Identify program memory variables, freeze them or increase their value at users discression? You need new code for authentication and memory interaction, but hey, a hundred new sales and the effort will start to show its promise. If no bueno, simply terminate the offering and explain it, its not like you guys are ripping us off in the first place.
Providing trainers for past games will be a chore, yes, but the list of major titles is short due to the platform and once the new engine is ready for action, its just memory addresses really?
