Video card is NVDIA GeForce 970 GTX, 16 Gig ram

Just let geforce experience optimize it and only change the resolution if not to your liking, but border-less window mode was the key for me to stop that fatal error.

I want ask if editor is still supported? I try run it on windows 10 64bit (1709 / 16299.309) and no matter about any compatybility I chose it still not want to run - just open windows when I'm asked about wich applicaton I want use to run this file.
(And trainer works fine)

Just DL'd it on latest win 10 64-bit system, opens fine. You still need to exclude the editor from the anti-virus as well.

That exaclly what I'm done. After trouble with old version I redownload it (Editor 1.0.38.1055911 (10.29.2015)) it seems file is fine, it unpack ok jet still got result like it was not recognize by windows 10 as application.

Please look up your security software's quarantine if you find a file called CH_Temp.tmp in there. Please restore and exclude it if possible from there.

Otherwise you need to perform this manually. Clear your sec software's scan history, temporarily disable any real-time scan, launch the Editor with admin rights and create the exclusion. You'll find the tmp file in this location -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\

Don't forget to enable your real-time scan again after you did this.

Thanks for answer and very usefull advice Taurusplopp. Is not like I found CH_Temp.tmp jet I add again exclude rule for editor directory then additional exclusion for directory on SD card wich I use for moving editor file from other PC where I download it. It NOT work utill I also completly disable real time scan then moved fresh copy of file to proper folder. Also real time scan must be disabled to editor work otherwise windows defender broke it and after some time around 16h in my experience by now. Windows defender reenable real time scan so it need to be turn down manually before use trainer and also if you play when it been reenable editor been missing from active aplication even while alredy alternated option stay active.
Anyway it seem to work fine so thanks again for support and for lead me on good way to figure whats going out. Cause I exclude that folder before I dont expect that real time scan is so agressive now.

So I don't know if this is a known issue, but at the beginning of the game when you're sent to rescue roland from the dam, if the vehicle damage cheat is on, the game crashes. This is before going to get the bandit truck. Seems to crash some after this point as well. Since it is that specific option, I think I will play without for a while. I just wanted to seeif anyone else was having this issue or if it was just me.
