At this time of writing, CH is showing the Product Version number rather than the File Version number on the website.
The Product Version number shown is 126.96.36.1991033, and is correct for the latest 4/2/13 update.
The correct File Version number is 188.8.131.52673, which is showing on the Trainer startup screen.
Your Borderlands2 Application (Borderlands2.exe) needs to be the same as the Trainer version, as you probably know.
For me, that file is located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Win32\Borderlands2
That last Borderlands2 is the .exe file. You can hover your mouse over it, or right click it and then click properties, in order to see the file version and the product version. Both should agree with the numbers above in order to be capatible.

If you're speaking of Eridium, you should be using the Editor for that.
F7 is for Toggle Zoom, and
F9 is for Badass Tokens,
in the Trainer.
