I just tried to use the trainer and it keeps activating/deactivating the trainer while at the main menu. Is it possible there was an update that we weren't aware of? I love the trainers you guys do and hope I can effectively use this one!

this usually means your keyboard is actually stuck or some sort of hardware issue. usually a reboot will fix it. if this continues, then you may have a keybaord issue.

Finishing DS2 today but for the last quarter of The Crucible DLC I need level 25. The PC is at level 22. I added experience points but probably used the wrong technique because it is higher then what is needed to reach the next level (23) and frozen there. I've fought a number of battles and my xp no longer changes and (of course) my level is still stuck at 22.

I stopped and restarted DS2 hoping in the process it would do the math and give me level 23 but this did not happen.

I'm going to finish the game and forget about finishing this Crucible DLC. However, do you have any thoughts on what I did wrong (or the Trainer?)? I've used it extensively and flawlessly throughout the game (except for hovering which is quite touchy and never needed to increase my level until this DLC need).

Thank you and btw DS2 was a lot of fun playing and your trainer really helps imo.

If you are on your first play through then you can only get to level 22 on second go with same save you can then get to level 30 hope this helps

Really? That explains everything. Thanks. I started a second game and discovered immediately I was at level 24 and up'd it to the 25 I needed in order to get the fourth email from Anonymous in order to continue the last section of The Crucible. I was totally done with the game except for this DLC. Unfortunately for me the game crashed (stopped playing) in my 88th battle out of 100, so I decided to go no further. I'm not one for loving DLCs and I certainly don't like repetitive battles or timed action sequences that go past 4 or 5 attempts.

This was yet another 'dirty developer trick' capping the level at 22 to force you to play a second game in order to attempt to repeat 100 battles necessary to properly finish this DLC. Serves them right going belly-up.

Seems the trainer stopped working. Whenever I try to activate the trainer it says "Cannot find game....". A new update for the trainer would be appreciated.

I am having a weird issue where functions attached to numpad 4 through 8 don't work, but the rest do. I am almost sure I must be doing something wrong. I have read every bit of instruction I can find. Anybody else run into this and solve it?

EDIT: And after 3 days of banging my head, all I had to do was make a post showing I am retarded to figure it out on my own.

STEAM was updating everything BUT darksiders 2. once I figured that out, steam support fixed it. So problem was I was using old version of the game with new trainer.
