Every trainer I download I try to use will not work and says something about being write protected when I drag it to the desktop. What is wrong????

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer.

Damn. Now it says, "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I don't have AVG running and no firewall.
