Regarding the Trainer (1.0.7.0 + EPISODES 1.1.2.0), Add Money, Unlimited Health, Unlimi....

I'm thinking of buying the unlimited subscription to gain access to the trainer. Does this trainer still allow me to get all of the achievements? I know if I use cell phone cheats, some achievements get blocked. If I can use the trainer and still be connected to Live and get achievements, I will go ahead and buy a subscription.

It does allow you to keep the achievements.
