The trainer works fine for me except the unlimited health (that doesn't work),
this is for patched v1 as currently posted retail version. Anyone else getting this?

It does work but certain things can still kill you if the hit is large enough. Also you must reactivate the trainer with NUM0 between cutscenes, etc.

i dropped grenades in front of me and blew them up and never died.. i never died from gunfire.

make sure to press numpad 0 between missions and cutscenes to reactivate the trainer.. the game dynamically injects and de-injects program .dll's
